Effective May 14, 2008, tenant has two weeks in which he can both gather his belongings and promptly vacate the premises. He may choose to wait until June 11, 2008 (thirty days) after which he will be physically removed from the property.

Tenant is being evicted due to breech of contract and destruction of property. Expansions to the front of the house only, within reasonable limits,* were discussed. Not only have these limits been exceeded, but additions to the back of the house were also made. Remodeling and gutting of the home was never approved, nor was changing the initial layout and base structure. Due to property damage, there are now leaks in both the upper and lower levels of the home. In addition, the landlord has received numerous complaints about nightly disturbances. Any further problems will result in immediate and forceful removal.

*I found a stretch mark beside my belly button last night. Since I was able to escape them during my last pregnancy, I was praying for the same this time. Apparently this will not be the case this time, no thanks to Mr. LoCoFiPo (long closed firm & posterior), the giant baby who plans on never leaving my body.
