Lance Armstrong has been spotted out (dating?) with Ashley Olsen.
Because of these reports, Lance has been suspended from The List, pending an investigation. I’ve been toying with the idea of adding Rob Lowe to the Bottom Five, since that commercial for California he’s in came out. As of now, Rob is officially the Top Five alternate replacing Lance until his suspension is up, or he is dropped from the list permanently.
